How to help victims of bullying?
Bullying can affect your life a lot so it's hard to comfort victims of bullying, but if you can hear or see someone being bullied you should help the victim. A good way to help bullied victims is to stand up for them or tell a parent or teacher, never keep quiet about it. Everybody can help a victim of bullying by telling their parents. There are also some campaigns on bullying. If you here someone or see someone being bullied you should go to the scene where he or she is and stop it. After he or she is bullied try and make them feel better by making them laugh so they might become happier and they would stop to cry and feel better.
Some people also bully because they think a person is weaker than others. Talk about it. It may feel shameful, having been the victim of a bully, but the time has passed and you should open up about what you've been through. Break the silence around bullying - use your voice to help others. No matter what you think, being bullied was not your fault. It's not weak to admit that it hurt to be bullied - that you still carry the scars. Empower yourself.
